FITNESS - PERSONAL TRAINING

We are a full-service gym, featuring cardio and weight training machines as well as free weights and a sauna. We offer a variety of memberships by varying lengths such as one month, three months, six months, or one year. We also offer facility usage per day for a great rate! Looking for personal training? Look no further! Work with our trainer, Marc and meet all of your fitness goals! We offer Personal Training sessions in half hour and one hour increments.

We understand that losing weight and gaining muscle can be challenging, and our goal is to help you overcome hurdles and reach your goals. We analyze your body type, BMI, and metabolism, to create your individualized fitness plan.
